• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

4. Pack the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
5. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
6. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• In case of a prepaid order, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment account.
• For cash-on-delivery orders, we will provide a refund via bank transfer or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We may request photos or videos to assess the issue.
• We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items
